Direct beam: 10ˆ11 … 10ˆ12/ cmˆ2/s
- Range of the proton flux control: 10 orders of magnitude
- Non-uniformity of the beam: <10% at the highest energy and the largest
beam diameter; can be improved → decrease in proton flux
- Upgraded last time in 2003.
