and the report in an electronic version (ps or
pdf) as specified below.
We can not accept Word-files
(.doc)!
How to make a html-file: Use Netscape editor, Claris Home Page etc. You can
also write the text in MS Word and save it as
html-file.

Some technical advices for
TeX-users:
- In order to have the prefered
lay-out of the frontpage we have made a simple template without normal
TeX-commands (\title and ...). Please use the simple file, a class-file
will hopefully be available soon.
- Large experimental
collaboration might not have enought space on the frontpage for names,
adresses and abstract, in such a case the name of the collaboration and
the abstract should be put on the frontpage. To put the names of the
authors and the abstract on the front is also and acceptable solution.
Some technical advices for MSword-users:
- MSword-users are kindly
asked to inform us about any problems.
Some technical advices for the HTML-page:
- The abstract page in
HTML-format should all have the same lay-out. We ask you to save a copy of
the example-page (+ the logotypes)and edit that one. For those of you that
don't have any experience in writing html-pages we recommend you to use a
HTML-editor (asWedit for example), the in the browser built in editor
(Netscape ...) or with your normal editor.
- The names of the authors can
preferably be used as links to the home page of the author or to send a
mail to the author (see the example).
Names of experimental collaborations and adresses
to other institutes should be be as links to their homepages. Manuals for
programs should contain a link to a page where the program is available.
- If swedish letters (åÅäÄöÖ)
are used please be observant that they are correctly implemented. Greek
letters are not supported by most browsers today, so please try to
"explain" them a logical way.
The files with the reports should by sent as packed
postscript files (packed with gzip or winzip or in equivalent format).
