Scandinavian Site Qualification Request

Overview

The following documents and information form the basis of the Scandinavian request to be approved for Series Barrel Module Production.
They are provided below following the format given in the "Barrel Module Assembly Site Qualification Procedures and Criteria" [word doc]
 

1. Named Personnel for the Scandinavian Barrel Module project

2. Steps to have been completed

Production of 5 electrical modules, satisfying every aspect of the electrical and mechanical specifications listed
in SCT-BM-FDR4 and SCT-BM-FDR7. For the summary, including yield, see:

4. Required Facilities

The appropriate facilities  include:

• inert gas storage for components and completed modules
• appropriate glue storage is implemented as required
• A grey room for module testing in Bergen
• a clean room for module assembly, and a grey room for module testing in Oslo.
• Jig sets and glue dispenser for module assembly  (Oslo) 
• a clean room for wire bonding and metrology, and a grey room for module testing in Uppsala
• Automatic wire bonder and a smart scope for metrology (Uppsala)
• barcode readers interfaced to PC (all three sites)
